Job Description

Our client, a well established life insurance brokerage is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

AssisttoarrangetheCEOschedule,includingmeetings,interviewsanddailydrivingroasters

Assisttocoordinatetravelitineraries,includingflights,hotelreservationsandotherlogisticsacrossmultipletimezones

Assisttohandlepersonalmattersandprovidesecretarialsupportincludingpreparingexpensereportsandfinancialdocumentation

Filecorporateagreementsandaddendums

Performad-hocdutiesasrequired


Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above

Good English and Cantonese

3-5 years of secretarial or personal assistant experience

MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese typing

Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility

Good communication skills and detail-minded

Ability to work independently while maintaining efficiency and accuracy

Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
