  • Manage the agent's calendar, appointments, and meetings with clients
  • Prepare and organize insurance documents, proposals, and policy files
  • Assist in client communication, including follow-ups, reminders, and inquiries
  • Handle email correspondence and phone calls professionally
  • Maintain and update client records and databases
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and quotations
  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics and documentation
  • Assist with claims processing and policy renewals
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document tracking

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification (administration, business, or related field preferred)
  • Prior experience in administrative or insurance-related roles is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of financial and insurance products is a bonus but not required.

Salary Range: around SGD1600 - SGD 3000 (Based on experience and competence) + commission (hit KPI)

Working Days: 5Days per week (9am - 6pm)

Working Location: CBD
