Job Description
- Manage the agent's calendar, appointments, and meetings with clients
- Prepare and organize insurance documents, proposals, and policy files
- Assist in client communication, including follow-ups, reminders, and inquiries
- Handle email correspondence and phone calls professionally
- Maintain and update client records and databases
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and quotations
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics and documentation
- Assist with claims processing and policy renewals
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document tracking
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification (administration, business, or related field preferred)
- Prior experience in administrative or insurance-related roles is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of financial and insurance products is a bonus but not required.
Salary Range: around SGD1600 - SGD 3000 (Based on experience and competence) + commission (hit KPI)
Working Days: 5Days per week (9am - 6pm)
Working Location: CBD
