The Role

The successful incumbent will provide high-level support to C-suite executives, managing both personal and corporate matters, with a primary focus on personal tasks. Key responsibilities include calendar management, complex travel arrangement, coordinating meetings across different time zone, drafting emails and preparing presentations in English and French, liaising with stakeholders in France to facilitate communication and collaboration, organizing various activities such as corporate and personal events, etc.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Business Administration and bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Given the sensitive nature of the business and personal matters involved, a high level of confidentiality is essential. The successful candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
