Roles & Responsibilities
. Coordinate with service providers, manage repairs, and oversee the upkeep of the property.
. Assist in household items purchases and/or recommendations.
. Run errands and managing household tasks.
. Manage and oversee vehicle regular servicing, maintenance, insurance, etc.
. Handle all private and confidential matters.
. Plan and coordinate travel arrangements (airline, hotel, transport, visas, travel itinerary etc).
. Any other general and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
. Self-starter, flexible, adaptable and possess strong interpersonal skills.
. High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
. Hardworking with high initiative and willing to take on new challenges.
. Able to travel within short notice as and when necessary for a period of time.
. Must be able to work overtime on weekends and Public Holidays when required.
. Conversant in written and spoken English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese speaking associates.
. Previous work experience in similar capacity will be considered favorably.
. Min GCE O Level / GCE A Level / NITEC / Diploma in any discipline.
. Possess a Class 3 driving license preferred.
. Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
. Singaporeans preferred candidates who required work pass need not apply.
