Job Summary

As the Personal Assistant cum Recruitment Officer, you will drive organizational efficiency by managing administrative operations and supporting client servicing. You will lead recruitment initiatives through strategic social media engagement and candidate onboarding improvements, contributing to business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations to optimize organizational workflows and support seamless client planning and execution
  • Coordinate schedules, documentation, and communications across departments to ensure timely and accurate client servicing
  • Support client servicing operations by preparing and managing deliverables on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cycles
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business processes with company goals and facilitate successful implementation of client policies
  • Execute targeted social media engagement strategies on platforms including Facebook and LinkedIn to attract qualified recruitment candidates
  • Develop and post job advertisements to effectively reach and attract potential candidates
  • Design and enhance the candidate onboarding journey to improve new hire experience and integration
  • Lead social media branding initiatives to strengthen employer brand and support recruitment objectives
  • Schedule and coordinate recruitment appointments to streamline candidate selection processes
