Summary:
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings.
Prepare and organize business documents such as reports, presentations, correspondence, and itineraries.
Coordinate and support meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate communication and document management.
Assist in processing insurance-related tasks, including claims, policy updates, and maintaining accurate records.
Create professional presentations, reports, and marketing materials using design tools while maintaining brand consistency.
Support team operations, compliance, and onboarding of new staff through training and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, or any other field
At least 1 year of personal assistant experience
