Personal Assistant & Accountant

We are management consultant organisation seeking personal assistant (preferably male) with accounting experience in full set bookkeeping.

Requirement:

- Malaysian, Singaporean, PR or DP holder ONLY. No quota for foreigner.

- Fluent reading & conversing in Mandarin, Bahasa & English.

- High attention to detail & accuracy is a must.

- Min 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in finance industry.

- Will be the contact point for account related matters and able to identify and anticipating info gaps with external accountant & corporate secretary.

- Able to travel to China & regionally on short business trip with director.

- Other ad-hoc duties as required.

- Critical thinking & adaptability in job scope is a plus

- 5 days working hours
