Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Assist director with personal matters, errands, bookings, appointment and related administrative requirements.
. Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
. Ensure timely follow-up and reminders for both professional and personal commitments.
. Attend meetings and appointments with the Director and other Executive.
. Take minutes, capture key discussion points, and track follow-ups.
. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
. Perform other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
. Minimum Diploma / A Levels.
. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact across different backgrounds.
. Experience supporting senior leaders is an advantage.
. High level of integrity, discretion and judgement.
. Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred.
