Our client is looking for a Speech Therapist to provide effective, client-centered speech and language therapy based on best practices.
The role involves working closely with the multidisciplinary team to deliver quality therapy services and develop solutions tailored to clients needs. You will also collaborate with other departments to provide clinical support and ensure a seamless care experience for clients and their caregivers.

Assess clients speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs.
Plan and provide individualised, evidence-based therapy based on clients needs and goals.
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans where required.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and client records.
Educate clients and caregivers on strategies to support communication, swallowing, and daily functioning.
Communicate treatment plans, progress, and discharge plans with clients, caregivers, and relevant stakeholders.
Recommend appropriate assistive devices and equipment.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team and community partners to coordinate client care.
Participate in clinical programs, audits, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
Support training and supervision of Therapy Assistants where required.
Participate in professional development and training.
Additional responsibilities for Senior Speech Therapists:
Mentor and guide junior Speech Therapists and support staff.
Support service development, staff training, and quality improvement initiatives.

Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per visit

Bachelor or Masters in Physiotherapy
Must be a Fully Registered AHPC ( Singapore )
