Role Overview
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to collaborate closely with clients to deliver comprehensive assessments, tailored management plans, and lifestyle strategies designed to prevent future injuries. In this role, you will play a vital role in helping clients reclaim their mobility, functional abilities, and independence by identifying specific challenges and establishing person-centered goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, design, and execute treatment plans for clients with diverse disabilities to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
- Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical research, and collaborative team projects.
- Assist in launching new clinical initiatives and protocols while ensuring strict adherence to established clinical standards and guidelines.
- Conduct training and educational sessions for fellow therapists, care staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Engage in cross-functional interactions to elevate the profile and integration of the therapy department.
Requirements
- Possess a recognized Degree in Physiotherapy.
- Thrive in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Google Suite applications.
Preferred Attributes
- Flexibility to travel to different work locations as required.
- Comfortable operating within multidisciplinary healthcare settings.
- Experience managing clients with neurological and geriatric conditions.
- Proficiency in the National One Rehab Framework.
