We're looking for a commercially driven recruiter to join an established team in Singapore and take advantage of one of the fastest-growing specialist markets across Asia.

You don't need to come from the data centre sector. We're more interested in your track record, commercial mindset and ability to succeed in a technical recruitment environment.

The opportunity

You'll be joining a growing permanent recruitment function with an established presence across Asia.

The focus will be on data centres and critical infrastructure across Southeast Asia, working across markets including Singapore, Indonesia and Taiwan, with scope to expand further.

Demand is already strong, and the team has proven the opportunity within the market. The reason for hiring is simple: there is more opportunity than the existing team currently has capacity to capture.

You'll have the opportunity to build your own desk, develop new client relationships and establish yourself in a high-value, candidate-driven market.

What you'll be doing

As a 360 permanent recruiter, you'll take ownership of your market from business development through to delivery.

You'll be responsible for:

• Developing new and existing client relationships
• Winning permanent recruitment assignments
• Building a strong network of candidates
• Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to placement
• Identifying opportunities within existing accounts
• Building your own desk and personal billing
• Developing specialist expertise within the data-centre and critical-infrastructure market
• Working across Southeast Asian markets and developing international relationships

You'll have support and market knowledge around you, but we're looking for someone who is already comfortable operating commercially and taking ownership of their desk.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced permanent 360 recruiter with a strong commercial mindset.

Your background could be in:

• Engineering
• Technology / IT
• Medical Devices
• Pharmaceutical Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Financial Services
• Or another technical or specialist recruitment market

You don't need prior data-centre experience.

What matters is that you've demonstrated you can succeed in a technical recruitment environment and have the drive to build a successful desk.

Location & eligibility

This position is Singapore-based.

We're looking for someone who is already based in Singapore and has the right to work there, ideally a Singapore citizen or permanent resident.

International relocation is not the primary route for this position.
