ECCO Shoes Singapore is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Permanent Part-Time Sales Associates. If you're passionate about footwear and love creating meaningful retail experiences, we'd love to meet you!
Hourly Rate: $12.50
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through meaningful interactions
- Understand and assess customer needs using effective questioning and listening techniques
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and strong selling skills
- Recommend the right ECCO shoes tailored to customers preferences and needs
- Advise customers on the proper care and maintenance of ECCO products
- Handle sales transactions smoothly and close sales to customers satisfaction
- Assist with customer feedback, returns, and after-sales service
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards at all times
- Set up attractive product displays and assist with promotional events or booths
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory
- Handle stock replenishment and maintain accurate inventory records
