Job Description

Work Schedule & Location

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Includes 30 mins lunch break).

  • Staggered Hours: Perfect for school-run timings and avoiding peak-hour crowds.

  • Location: Plaza Singapura, Singapore 238839.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Content (1+ Year Experience Required):

    • Maintain and update Xiaohongshu (XHS), Facebook, and Instagram etc.

    • Create content focusing on product highlights, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling.

    • Assist in coordinating with KOLs/KOCs for media tastings and reviews.

  2. Procurement & Admin Support:

    • Accurately input procurement invoices and delivery orders into the system.

    • Assist in the submission process for ad-hoc ingredient reimbursements.

    • Systematic filing of administrative documents and invoices.

  3. Team Support:

    • Assist in organizing staff welfare events and team-building gatherings.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma holder.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in social media content maintenance.

  • Skills: Proficiency in mobile editing tools and basic Office software.

  • Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin (to manage bilingual social media content).
