We're looking for a Permanent Part-Time Kitchen Crew member to join our growing restaurant team. If you enjoy hands-on kitchen work, thrive in an energetic environment, and want to learn more about Western/Italian/Japanese cuisine, we'd love to meet you.

Salary

From $15.50/hour

Hourly rate may increase based on experience, attitude, and performance.

Typical Working Hours

Usually 6PM to 11PM

Transport home provided if work ends 12AM or later

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with daily kitchen operations
• Food preparation such as portioning, cutting, and packing
• Light cooking duties
• Organising stocks and handling deliveries
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen after service
• Dishwashing using dishwasher
• Working closely with the kitchen team during busy service hours

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and team player
• Able to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Comfortable carrying heavier items when required
• Basic English communication
• Experience in Western, Italian, or Japanese cuisine is a bonus
• Able to start immediately preferred
