Job Summary

Join Kindle Mind as a Permanent Part-Time Enrichment Teacher to inspire children aged 4-12 years through interactive and playful learning. Deliver engaging lessons that foster cognitive and skill development while contributing to a purpose-driven educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enrichment lessons that engage children aged 4-12, fostering their thinking abilities and skill development through interactive teaching methods
• Apply training knowledge to confidently guide and support children's learning progress in a fun and effective manner
• Collaborate with the teaching team to create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
• Monitor and assess children's engagement and progress, adapting teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to share children's development and address any learning concerns
• Participate actively in training and mentoring sessions to continuously enhance teaching skills and educational techniques
• Contribute to the growth and success of Kindle Mind by embracing opportunities for self-development and leadership grooming

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to understand and converse in Mandarin to facilitate bilingual communication with children
• Minimum Diploma certificate (any faculty) as a foundational educational qualification
