Job Description & Requirements
- Triage Patients, Health declaration, Registering Patients
- Dispensing of medication, and collecting payments
- Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
- Arrange/Booking appointments for patients for follow-up treatment and vaccination
- Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures, swab procedures
- Performing administrative duties assigned by superior
- Collating of lab results and radiology report
- Perform billing including HSG, CHAS and Medisave
- Daily e-submission of Insurance Managed Care claims
- Top up medications, and inventory and assist in stock-taking as required
- Housekeeping and responsible for the cleanliness of the entire clinic facilities
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level, NITEC, Higher Nitec or Diploma holders.
- Phlebotomy certificate with blood-taking experience
- Sales or customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Preferably stay in the northeast area.
- Must be able to commit to weekday/nights or 1 weekend morning
- Good learning and service attitude is compulsory.
- Basic IT proficiency required (Clinic Assist, Managed Care portals)
- Good command of spoken English.
- Health Screening knowledge is an added advantage
