We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in SEA. The successful candidate will have 9-14 years of experience in managing projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from inception to completion ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
