Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Generate and manage sales leads through company-provided sources
- Conduct client consultations to understand renovation requirements and budget
- Present renovation packages, quotations, and project scope prepared by the team
- Follow up with prospects and close sales contracts
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact from first meeting to contract signing
- Build strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Handle basic client queries and manage expectations prior to handover
Coordination & Handover
- Liaise with internal design and project teams after deal closure
- Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and payments are completed
- Smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team

Requirements:
- Minimum PSLE
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior, renovation, property, or related industries
- Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working in a fully commission-based structure
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Confident in client-facing meetings and presentations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
