Permanent Centre Manager
Job Description
- Manage full day-to-day operations and lead multi-disciplinary teams across 3 centers in Woodlands, Yishun, and Bedok.
- Direct holistic care management by collaborating with Centre Administrator, Asst/Social Worker, Staff Nurse, AHPs for Initial Assessments, Admissions and MOH regulated reviews.
- Ensure all services meet nursing standards and MOH regulations, inspections, and licensing renewals.
- Drive community initiatives, talks, and partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers and government agencies to increase center visibility and attract new clients.
- Establish and maintain internal work processes, safety protocols, and emergency preparedness plans to ensure high-quality care delivery.
- Knowledge on subvention claims, workload submissions, and prompt reporting to government regulators.
- Oversee staff recruitment, rostering, and skills-mix optimization while providing coaching and performance management.
- Monitor budget and resource allocation to ensure cost-effective operations and improved productivity.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma, Graduate Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Community Care or Gerontology
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in healthcare or a related sector.
- Display strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Prioritize experience in a healthcare setting and demonstrate a sincere passion for eldercare.
