Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-event meetings to review and share event details.
- Support the setup, execution, and teardown of events held at One&Co.
- Assist with registration, ushering, and guest relations.
- Provide technical and event support (AV, seating arrangements, catering coordination, etc.).
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal staff during events.
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent hospitality for all participants.
- Handle cleanup and trash disposal after events.
- Report directly to the Manager/Person-in-Charge.
Requirements
Required
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or event support.
- Flexible and adaptable to last-minute changes.
- Willingness to work during weekday evenings and weekends (if required)
Preferred
- Prior experience in events or hospitality.
Key Information
- Working Basis: Ad-hoc (on-call, based on event schedule, information will be disseminated at least 2-3 weeks before event date).
- Working Hours: Varies per event (including weekday evenings and weekends)
- Position Level: Event Support (Part-time, Ad-hoc).
- Hourly Salary: $17 per hour
