PERM TRADEMARK ADMINISTRATOR (Legal Firm)
Our client is an established international Law firm
Job responsibilities:
- Manage trademark publications, registration certificates, and renewal processes
- Maintain and monitor trademark files and databases
- Handle trademark file opening and closing procedures in accordance with internal protocols and systems
- Typing correspondence and legal paperwork
- Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts and keep records of collections and disbursements.
- Preparing Expenses Report
- Participate in any other ad hoc assignments
Job requirements:
- Diploma and above
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Experienced in IPOS and procedures
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team spirit
Salary Ranges from $4500 -$6000 X 12 (Depending on experience)
