Job Description

  • Lead and motivate Ambassadors during daily operations.
  • Handle customer escalations, refunds, and exchanges with confidence and empathy.
  • Oversee stock take, replenishment, and store presentation to maintain perfect standards.
  • Execute store promotions and communicate updates clearly to the team.
  • Identify improvement areas in customer flow, merchandising, and operations.
  • Take initiative as IC (in-charge) when the manager is off-duty - ensure smooth opening and closing.
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned
