Job Description

Brief Summary

Join our dynamic team as a permanent part-timer and play an essential role in driving sales and ensuring seamless operations. Your expertise in customer engagement and inventory management will contribute to an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, adhering to established style and service standards. Drive sales through effective cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations. Manage back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring an organized and compliant stockroom. Oversee all stock processes, including receiving, unpacking, tagging, and system updates. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts, reconciliations, and variance tracking. Handle product replenishment to the sales floor to ensure availability. Support product flow, stock transfers, RTVs, consolidations, and delivery coordination. Uphold loss prevention, audit procedures, and BOH safety standards. Maintain an energetic presence on the sales floor while meeting store sales goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a secondary school education. Strong commitment, able to work a flexible schedule four times a week, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Passion for the retail and service industry.
