You will process and administer full spectrum of training activities for deployment of formal education programmes, conferences, courses and corporate programmes for staff.
These include seeking approvals, liaising with department coordinators and staff on their training requests, monitoring of training budget, processing and monitoring payment and capturing of training records.
You will also provide coordination, logistics and administrative support of training administrative activities including learning and development initiatives and programmes, update of training databases and records, compilation and presentation of learning statistics and evaluation results, application and recovery of training grants.
You need to be meticulous, proactive, enjoy handling administrative work, able to work independently, possess good planning skills, and is a team player.
Requirements:
Diploma in HRM, HRD, Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Training & Development
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, and Word
Prior experience in data analytics and summarization of large data into detailed pivot tables with MS Excel will be an advantage
Experience in SuccessFactors is an advantage.
