Perm Equity Derivatives Operations Analyst (Foreign Bank) #BLM

Jobs Responsibilities

. Process Equity and OTC derivatives transactions, including equities, bonds, indices, listed and exotic options, and interest rate swaps.

. Perform trade confirmation matching and reconciliation against trader reports investigate and resolve discrepancies with front office, advisory desks and counterparties.

. Manage periodic fixing events and settlements, including options exercises, knock-outs and interest payments facilitate SWIFT payment creation and resolve reconciliation breaks.

. Monitor short sell positions and maintain daily control reports for failed or late trades and outstanding confirmations.

. Maintain accurate trade records and documentation, including transaction confirmations, waivers and counterparty acknowledgements.

. Support operational processes such as margin monitoring for listed options, client confirmations, user acceptance testing (UAT) and operational improvement projects.

Job Requirements

• Min. Degree in Banking & Finance
• Prior banking operations experience
