- Deliver high-quality nursing care to renal patients
- Administer dialysis treatments and monitor patient conditions
- Assist with comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
- Provide education to patients and families on renal care and dialysis
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure accurate documentation of all patient care and treatment procedures
Requirements
- Min Diploma in nursing
- Min 2 years of renal / dialysis experience
