. Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and dispensing of medication
. Attend to walk in and call in patients enquiries
. Manage patients feedback and enquiries
. Prepare patients records and documentation pre- and post- consultation and procedures
. Provide post-consultation instructions where necessary
. Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery for clinic
. Perform any duties as assigned
Requirements:
. Minimum N/ O Level/ A Levels / Diploma in any field
. No experience required as training provided
. Keen in healthcare industry
