Jobs Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support to clients via counter, phone, and email enquiries
- Manage and respond to incoming emails promptly and professionally
- Review and process retail and corporate account opening applications (manual and digital)
- Handle account maintenance requests including updates, dormant reactivations, and closures
- Perform KYC/AML screening and due diligence for client onboarding
- Process client transactions such as share transfers and support ad-hoc duties as assigned
