About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee the full spectrum of HR operations, with a strong focus on compensation & benefits, payroll administration, HR compliance, and employee lifecycle management. This role will partner closely with business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Oversee HR operations, payroll, leave administration and employee benefits.
- Liaise with outsourced payroll and insurance vendors, including annual service reviews and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with business leaders on recruitment, performance management and employee relations.
- Maintain HR records, prepare reports and support regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate learning & development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR projects and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience with strong exposure to HR operations, payroll and compensation & benefits.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience within the banking or financial services industry will be an advantage.
