Responsibilities:

• Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, investigators, surveyors, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, 3rd party claimants, sister companies etc
• Assist Claims Executive to manage and process claims expeditiously, professionally and equitably within agreed service benchmarks or applicable protocols
• Periodic review of files as and when required
• Ensure recovery claims are pursued and followed up periodically
• Compile monthly/quarterly statistics and any other statistical data when required
• Any other duty or assignment as and when instructed by the superior.
