Title: Professional Hiring- Perfumer (Cross-Category)
Requirements:
. Minimum 7 years of professional experience in cross-category fragrance innovation and re-creation capability
. Proficient in interpreting GCMS data into commercial viable fragrance formulations
. Exceptional Olfactory evaluation ability and sound technical knowledge
. Experience in a dynamic fragrance development environment
. Good communication skills
. Strong presentation skills
. Energetic and passionate
. Team player
Responsibilities:
. Ensure developed fragrances meeting project requirements within given deadlines
. Enhance or modify fragrances upon request according to customer briefs, company standards and raw materials shortage
. Participate in customers visit with the sales and marketing team as required to provide competent support in presentations and discussion
. Identify and propose raw materials based on their proven technical performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability credentials.
. Participate in fragrance and raw material evaluation panels
. Involvement in resolving QC issues as required
. Work closely with other perfumers, evaluators, sales and marketing team
. Support staff training in perfumery as required
