Responsible for coordinating all aspects of performing artiste management, including show scheduling, auditions, rehearsals, and role allocation to optimize performance quality and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Arrange show lists and schedule performers to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage the audition, rehearsal, and selection processes for all candidates applying for performing artiste positions
- Assess individual strengths and weaknesses of performing artistes to allocate roles efficiently and enhance overall performance quality
- Collaborate with producers to coordinate artiste performance time slots and implement necessary adjustments promptly
- Represent performing artistes in management meetings to communicate needs and feedback effectively
- Memorize lyrics and routines to maintain optimal performance standards during live shows
- Fine-tune performances collaboratively with other artistes and band members to ensure smooth operations and readiness for stage performances
- Drive teamwork and collaboration among artistes to foster a cohesive and high-performing production environment
