Job Summary
Advocate for artists mental and physical health while managing contracts, performance schedules, and interpersonal conflicts. Administer performer-related tasks and report to management to ensure smooth operations and contract compliance.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for artists mental and physical health to support their well-being and performance readiness
- Negotiate contracts for local and foreign performing artists to secure favorable terms and compliance
- Maintain and update weekly performance schedules to ensure accurate and timely planning
- Resolve interpersonal conflicts among artists, such as band members, to maintain a collaborative environment
- Enforce contract terms to uphold agreements and protect organizational interests
- Manage administrative tasks related to performers, including reporting to management for informed decision-making
