Job Summary
Perform high-energy live shows involving singing, dancing, or acting while engaging audiences and collaborating with technical crews to ensure smooth, safe, and polished performances.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-energy vocal, dance, or character routines during scheduled live performances to entertain audiences
- Engage with the audience to build charisma and maintain an exciting atmosphere throughout shows
- Collaborate with sound, lighting, and stage crews to coordinate show timing and technical elements for seamless execution
- Manage stage logistics by sourcing props, handling costumes, and ensuring safe practices during performances
- Attend rehearsals and briefings to practice and refine routines for consistent, polished delivery
- Adhere to venue dress codes, conduct standards, and teamwork guidelines to maintain professionalism during all work hours
- Work irregular hours including late nights, weekends, and public holidays, often from 5:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- At least 1 year of stage or live entertainment performance experience
