Roles and Responsibilities:
Design and implement performance test strategies, plans, and scenarios based on system architecture and business requirements.

Develop and maintain performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling.

Simulate various load conditions (load, stress, endurance, spike) and analyze system behavior under test.

Monitor system performance using APM tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic) and correlate metrics with test results.

Identify performance bottlenecks across application layers (UI, API, database, infrastructure) and work with development teams to resolve them.

Create and manage test data and environments for performance testing.

Document test results, performance metrics, and tuning recommendations in detailed reports.

Participate in performance tuning and capacity planning discussions.

Open to experienced candidates and fresh graduates
Experienced analysts, will need to have AWS Cloud experience
