Job Summary
You will be deployed to our client who is a leading government technology agency driving digital transformation and innovation in the healthcare sector. You'll be part of the test engineering services team, providing end-to-end performance testing. You will also be expected to support multiple projects within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing documents (e.g., design, requirements, architecture, diagrams, flowcharts) to obtain an understanding of the requirements
- Identifying the required test scenarios, test case preparation, test data preparation and document traceability matrix to ensure sufficient test coverage
- Execute test cases and test plans to support the quality assurance activities throughout the software lifecycle
- Write and prepare technical performance test plan
- Run test cases, analyze the result and with solid debugging skills
- Communicate to leads on the issues that are reported and its impact to schedule, budget or quality of the product
- Work closely with Software Quality Engineer/Manager to understand the Performance Testing requirements
- Evaluate application architectures and design performance test plans
- Establish performance test objectives, acceptance criteria, workload profiles and use case scenarios
- Measure and analyze performance data (workload, system and application)
- Solve complex problems and provide clear and concise reports with recommendations
Requirements
- Must have at least 8 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end performance testing lifecycle and methodology
- Experienced in C programming, Core Java or .Net
- In-depth knowledge and experience working with Micro focus LoadRunner enterprise and LoadRunner Cloud
- Experience in mobile performance testing in Android and iOS devices
- Good understanding in Mobile automation and how to use ADB command and Xcode project structure/simulators
- Experience in defining test metrics, conducting analysis and result reporting
- Experience in using performance monitors like Dynatrace, Cloudwatch, Prometheus and APM
- Experience in test automation tools like Katalon or Selenium is advantage
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills and be able to work independently
