Responsibilities
- Engage customers professionally to represent client brands and promote products or services effectively
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns to meet defined objectives
- Assist in organizing and managing campaign events and on-site activations to enhance customer experience
- Build and sustain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate efforts and achieve campaign goals efficiently
- Participate actively in structured training and development programs to enhance sales and marketing skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement is an advantage but not required
