Job Responsibilities:
- Execution strategy for multiple products, looking at previous campaign performance and market insights.
- Setup and execution of performance campaigns across SEM, Social and Display/Programmatic.
- On-going optimization to achieve client's KPI target.
- Effectively manage campaign budget spend by implementing relevant bidding strategies and keeping track of budget pacing, updating the strategy, and troubleshoot accordingly.
- Proactively identity initiatives and opportunities for your market, aligned against local market KPIs.
- Lead the coordination, preparation, and execute multi-channel strategies.
- Proactively supply solutions to troubleshoot any account issues when budget and bid pacing, including major volume or cost shifts.
- Produce and develop reports on monthly campaign performance, audiences, creative analysis, and cross channel attribution - update client performance reports, analyse and format data, supply insights and commentary.
- Lead the preparation and rationale of paid media recommendations, new tactics, and annual plan presentations for your given market/s.
- Produce case studies and best practices on campaigns that best utilized data/research products, including insights from 3rd Party Sources.
- Lead the communication and maintain effective relationships within team, business units and client.

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years hands on experience in digital paid media operations and customer acquisition campaigns.
- Expert with Google Marketing Platform (e.g. SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager), Facebook Ads Manager and Programmatic platforms.
- Outstanding analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; sharp attention to detail.
- A strong desire to learn and passion for both performance marketing and analytics.
- Able to produce high quality work within a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Understanding of web analytic metrics.
- Develops knowledge of client's business, competition and latest industry news and trends.
- Digital savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
