You will be responsible for :
- Execute, manage, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn.
- Own SEM/SEO execution, including keyword research, ad copy testing, bidding strategies, and budget pacing for the Company and our clients.
- Monitor and optimise campaigns daily based on CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and conversion quality.
- Set up and maintain GA4, Meta Pixel, conversion events, Google Tag Manager, and UTM structures.
- Ensure accurate attribution, tracking hygiene, and data integrity across campaigns.
- Diagnose and fix tracking issues that affect reporting or optimisation.
- Produce clear performance reports with insights and recommended actions.
- Run structured A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, landing pages, and funnels.
- Identify winning patterns and scale budgets efficiently.
- Flag underperforming campaigns early and take corrective action.
- Work closely with the Content Marketing team to align messaging and funnel intent.
- Provide performance feedback to guide content formats, hooks, and creative direction.
- Brief content and production teams based on real performance data - not assumptions.
- Develop customer centric dashboards for effective communication to the clients for ease of decision making.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field of study.
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Passion for marketing and loves to express ideas visually
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Solid working knowledge of GA4, GTM, pixels, and tracking frameworks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and move fast in an agency-style environment.
