Specialist
to own end-to-end paid acquisition for its consumer business. This is an individual contributor role with high autonomy. The successful candidate sets paid strategy, manages the budget, and executes campaigns directly, with full ownership of the performance numbers.

Make independent, data-led calls on channel mix and budget reallocation based on performance

Align site experience, offers, and messaging with paid campaigns for a coherent path to purchase
C. Experimentation and Optimisation (15%)
Own the testing roadmap, prioritising hypotheses and running structured tests across audiences, offers, copy, and landing pages
Run a rigorous, high-frequency test-learn-optimise process, monitoring ad metrics daily and iterating on targeting, copy, and placement
Scale investment into winning campaigns, cut or pivot underperformers, and identify saturation early
Write ad copy and messaging angles, and brief designers on visual creative, rather than producing creative directly
D. Reporting, Insights, and Economics (15%)
Act as the source of truth on paid performance, bringing clear points of view to leadership on what is working and what should change
Own the consumer unit economics, grounded in incrementality rather than platform-reported figures
Track and report performance on a weekly and monthly cadence, with clear insight and actionable recommendations
Partner with marketing operations on tracking, attribution, and dashboards so decisions rest on reliable data
Use performance data to inform positioning, promotions, and messaging
