About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Performance Marketing Senior Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
You will own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective leads across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (SEM & PMAX), Programmatic, and other paid media channels.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in strategic paid media planning, hands-on campaign execution, data-driven optimization, and a solid understanding of Southeast Asian markets. You will work closely with the Campaign Team to manage advertising performance, improve conversion efficiency, and optimize creatives to maximize campaign ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end management and execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (SEM & PMAX), TikTok, Programmatic, and other channels.
- Manage performance marketing budgets to maximize ROI and achieve quarterly growth targets.
- Continuously optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience testing, and improved targeting strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Campaign Team to develop high-performing creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Identify growth opportunities, new channels, and innovative approaches to improve performance.
- Develop and standardize regional best practices for campaign execution and reporting.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of tracking infrastructure, including Facebook Pixel, Meta Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other tools to ensure accurate performance measurement and lead validation.
- Analyze campaign performance and report key metrics, insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and customer insights.
- Champion operational excellence and contribute to a high-performance, innovation-driven culture.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with strong exposure to lower-funnel acquisition campaigns.
- Experience managing cross-channel campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads (SEM & PMAX), Programmatic platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering strong ROAS and improving campaign cost efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Experience managing tracking infrastructure such as Meta Pixel, Meta Conversion API (CAPI), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT for planning, execution, and reporting is a plus.
- Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
