Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & MarTech Analyst to bridges the gap between creative growth strategies and robust data infrastructure. If you are half-analyst, half-growth engineer, and fully obsessed with driving ROI, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do (The Role)

You won't just be pulling reports-you'll be the analytical brain and technical architect behind our growth engine.

  • Drive the Data: Analyze paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic) to uncover hidden efficiencies, identify high-value audiences, and optimize our media spend.

  • Own the Tech Stack: Manage, audit, and optimize our MarTech stack (including Google Tag Manager, GA4, MMPs, CDPs, and CRM automation tools). You ensure our data is clean, tracking is flawless, and pixels are firing correctly.

  • Solve Attribution: Build and refine multi-touch attribution models. Help us confidently answer the eternal question: Which exact dollar drove this conversion

  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Design rigorous testing frameworks for ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys. You'll interpret the data and tell the growth team exactly what to change next.

  • Build Dashboards: Turn messy, fragmented data into beautiful, real-time dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI) that the executive team can understand at a glance.

Who You Are (The Requirements)

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in performance marketing analytics, growth analytics, or marketing operations.

  • The Analyst Brain: Strong SQL skills are a must. You know how to query databases and manipulate large datasets without breaking a sweat.

  • The MarTech Wizard: Deep hands-on experience setting up and troubleshooting tracking (GTM, GA4, pixels, server-to-server tracking, and privacy frameworks like Apple's ATT/Privacy Sandbox).

  • Tool Kit: Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a huge plus, along with experience managing data pipelines (e.g., Fivetran, Stitch, BigQuery).

  • The Communicator: You don't just hand over spreadsheets. You present data clearly, calling out actionable insights like, We should shift 15% of budget from X to Y because of Z.
