Job Description

Own and deliver monthly qualified leads at target CPL through Meta, Google and digital channels. Responsible for both lead quantity and cost efficiency.

Scope of Work

Core Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

. Plan and run Facebook / Instagram lead campaigns

. Generate consistent monthly enquiry volume

. Improve lead quality, not just quantity

2. Cost Control

. Reduce CPL

. Improve ROAS / CAC efficiency

. Manage and optimise ad budgets daily

1. Campaign Execution

. Launch new campaigns, creatives, offers, landing pages

. A/B test audiences, hooks, creatives, copy

3. Reporting

. Daily / weekly reporting:

. Leads

. CPL

. Spend

. Conversion rate

. Show-up rate

. Sales ROI

4. Funnel Improvement

. Work with sales team to improve lead follow-up speed

. Improve booking rate / trial attendance
