Core Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
. Plan and run Facebook / Instagram lead campaigns
. Generate consistent monthly enquiry volume
. Improve lead quality, not just quantity
2. Cost Control
. Reduce CPL
. Improve ROAS / CAC efficiency
. Manage and optimise ad budgets daily
1. Campaign Execution
. Launch new campaigns, creatives, offers, landing pages
. A/B test audiences, hooks, creatives, copy
3. Reporting
. Daily / weekly reporting:
. Leads
. CPL
. Spend
. Conversion rate
. Show-up rate
. Sales ROI
4. Funnel Improvement
. Work with sales team to improve lead follow-up speed
. Improve booking rate / trial attendance
