Our client in the fintech space is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager based in Singapore.
This is an execution-first role . You will own paid media end-to-end, with direct accountability for CAC, ROAS, and acquisition volume.
What you'll own:
Full management of paid channels across Google, Meta, programmatic, and affiliates. Daily budget pacing, bid strategy, and audience segmentation. Agency relationships briefing, reviewing, and holding partners to account. Performance reporting that drives decisions, not just fills a slide.
What we're looking for:
6–9 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally from fintech, financial services, or a high-growth consumer digital business. A proven track record managing significant paid budgets with measurable CAC and ROAS outcomes. Someone who spots underperformance before it shows up in a weekly report and moves fast to fix it.
