Job Description

About us:

Chocolate Finance is on a mission to make life richer. Not richer in the boring, jargon-heavy way the banks talk about it — but warmer, more joyful, more human. We're building beautifully simple money tools — starting in Singapore, with more markets to come — and we have a brand that already turns heads. Now we want a performance engine that turns that brand into customers —

efficiently, creatively, and at speed.

The role:

You'll own paid ads at Chocolate Finance — Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, DV360, Linked In and any new channel you can prove out. But this is much more than a media-buying seat. You'll own the full funnel: from the first scroll to the final conversion, from the creative brief to the landing page, from the spreadsheet to the post-mortem.

You'll work directly with senior leadership, and shoulder-to-shoulder with the brand, social, product, and data teams. You'll have the latitude to test, the budget to scale, and the responsibility to make it count. This is not an agency seat. We're looking for an owner — someone who treats every

dollar like it's their own, and who'd rather growth-hack their way to the answer than wait for a brief.

What you'll do:

• Plan, launch, and scale paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and the programmatic channels you'll prove out next.

• Set the CAC, payback, and LTV bar — then beat it. Own the numbers the business runs on.

• Brief, test, and iterate on ad creative every single week — with the brand team, with creators, with whoever ships fastest. You're as obsessed with the hook as you are with the bidding.

• Own landing pages, conversion funnels, and on-app activation. If a page is broken, fix it. If a funnel is leaking, find it.

• Run growth experiments end-to-end — promo mechanics, referral hacks, retention loops,

new-market pilots. Hypothesis ship measure scale or kill.→ → →

• Build the measurement stack — attribution, dashboards, weekly reviews — so the whole team can see what's working and what isn't.

• Partner with brand, social, product, and lifecycle so every campaign lands harder than the sum of its parts.

• Be the voice in the room saying have we tried this — and then actually trying it.

Who you are:

• You've owned and scaled paid acquisition for a B2C brand — Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, or similar — and you can point to what changed because of you. CAC down, ROAS up, a new market cracked, a new channel proven.

• You care. Deeply. About the dollars, the creative, the comments under the ad, the post-click experience, the cohort that didn't come back.

• You own the process. You don't wait for briefs. You don't hand off the thinking. You see something, you ship it.

• You think like an entrepreneur. You spend every dollar like it's your own —every test has a thesis, every loss is a lesson.

• You want to growth hack. You read the playbook, then you write a better one. You're as comfortable shipping a referral mechanic as you are tuning a bid strategy.

• You want to be involved in the whole marketing process — brand, social, lifecycle, product — not just the ad account.

• You're fluent in data. You can pull what you need, build a dashboard, and read a cohort without a hand-hold.

• You can write, prompt, and brief like a marketer — not punt every creative ask to a designer or copywriter.

Nice to have:

• Experience launching a brand into a new market or category.

• Hands-on with lifecycle / CRM / push / email — not just paid.

• Basic SQL and comfort with any of Funnel.io, Looker, GA4 or Blueshift.

• Hands-on with creative tooling (Canva, CapCut, Figma, AI tools) so you can prototype an ad without queuing for a designer.

• Experience with affiliate, referral, or creator-led performance channels.

• Comfortable with paid mobile — iOS and Android — MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust), and the post-iOS-14 attribution mess.

• A point of view on Chocolate Finance — you've used the app, or you've already thought about why our brand is different.

What you'll get:

• A real seat at the table. You'll work directly with senior leadership and own the channels that move the business.

• The freedom to build something — not maintain something.

• A team that treats brand and performance as one craft, not a tug-of-war.

• A competitive package, equity, and the usual perks.

How to apply:

Apply via this job post with:

• Your CV or LinkedIn.

• A short story — a paid program you owned: what the numbers were when you arrived, what they were when you left, and one growth hack you'd love to retell.

• One ad you're proud of, and one you'd happily have made for Chocolate Finance.
