Job Description

Client: Bank@ Raffles Place (Nearest MRT is Raffles Place)

Department: Human Resources

Job Duration: 6 Mths .maternity cover(starting in June 2026)

Position: Performance Management Analyst

Working Hours: 9AM to6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Role Profile

The role supports the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Group'sperformance management frameworks. The role focuses on analytics, governance discipline, system enablement, and insight generation to strengthen performance differentiation, managerial effectiveness, and talent decisions.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end delivery of annual and mid‑year performance management cycles, including calibration, governance checks, and reporting.
  • Produce performance analytics and dashboards (e.g. rating distributions, trends, risk indicators) to inform senior HR and leadership discussions.
  • Partner HRBPs and business stakeholders to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable interventions.
  • Maintain performance management standards, guidelines, and documentation to ensure consistency and fairness across the Group.
  • Support performance‑related processes on HR systems (e.g. Workday), including data validation, issue resolution, and user guidance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process simplification, automation, and enhancement of manager experience.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
Any experience in HR analytics, performance management, or talent operations within a large organisation or financial institution would be advantageous.
Strong analytical capability with the ability to work confidently with data, dashboards, and senior‑level reporting.
Detail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable operating within governed, high‑stake HR processes.
Candidates with business partner support or rewards support can be conisdered
Prefer candidates from MNCs or big firms with more than 100 headcount or banks

OTHERS:

Work in office 100% the first 2 Mths then the staff have the flexibility to work at home 2 times a week (based on the team's work from home schedule)
Salary Range: $4,000 to $6,900/Mth
