We are looking for a strategic and data-savvy Performance and Rewards Manager to lead our global compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks. This role is responsible for designing policies, driving pay-for-performance culture, and managing large volumes of data to ensure competitive, compliant, and data-driven rewards programs across diverse geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards Strategy & Policy
- Develop and maintain global C&B policies and structures that align with business strategy and comply with regional labor laws.
- Lead the annual compensation review process (salary benchmarking, merit increases, bonus planning), managing large-scale data inputs across countries and business units.
- Support talent acquisition teams by providing salary benchmarks and guidance for offer proposals to new hires, ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Evaluate global incentive and benefits programs using internal and external benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and equity.
Performance Management
- Oversee the global performance management cycle, aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to link performance outcomes with variable pay and recognition programs.
- Support the implementation of continuous feedback, performance calibration, and goal setting.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Manage and analyze large datasets for compensation planning, pay equity, workforce segmentation, and rewards modeling.
- Prepare dashboards and reporting packs for leadership with insights and strategic recommendations.
- Leverage tools such as Excel, Power BI, and HRIS platforms to automate and streamline reporting processes.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure consistent application of compensation and performance policies globally.
- Maintain internal governance and audit documentation related to C&B processes and approvals.
- Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and ensure programs remain compliant across jurisdictions.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as a global subject matter expert for all performance and reward-related topics.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders to support reward-related initiatives and decision-making.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants (e.g., Mercer, WTW) for benchmarking and market surveys.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related discipline; CCP or relevant certification preferred.
- 812 years of experience in compensation & benefits, rewards, or performance management, with exposure to regional or global scope.
- Proven ability to manage and interpret large volumes of compensation and workforce data with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills required; experience with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong HRIS systems knowledge (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfortable working across time zones and multicultural environments.
