Performance and Automation Test Analyst

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain automated test scripts and perform regression and load testing
• Analyze test results, report defects, and recommend fixes
• Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to improve software quality
• Maintain test environments and review software requirements from a QA perspective

Job Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in application testing and QA automation
• Proficiency with automation and load testing tools, bug tracking software like JIRA
• Strong knowledge of databases, networking protocols, and system architecture
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
