This is a 12-month contract role based onsite at a telecommunications client's office.
Summary of the role: This role focuses on developing and executing data-driven performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition and maximize ROI for SMB products. The individual will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, analyze performance data, conduct A/B testing, and collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve sales goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various digital channels to drive acquisition for SMB products and services
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
- Keep abreast of new media, digital marketing tracking trends and implement tools to track the effectiveness of our digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness
- Work closely with media agency to deliver against the sales goals
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure alignment and support for campaign objectives and lead generation
- Manage allocated marketing budgets for various campaigns and activities
Ideal Skills/ experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven 3-5 years experience in performance marketing, preferably within the SMB sector or within a media agency
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
- Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement
