Job Description

Location: Offshore

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the upgrade of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions from PUM28 to PUM34.
Upgrade PeopleTools 8.60 to the latest patch.
Perform impact analysis, retrofitting, and testing of customizations and integrations.
Work closely with functional teams to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
Identify and resolve technical issues, providing root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
Optimize system performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure compliance with best practices.
Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for potential enhancements post-upgrade.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, including hands-on experience with PUM updates.
Strong expertise in PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and Web Services.
Experience in database management (Oracle/SQL Server) and proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL.
Prior experience executing PUM updates and PeopleTools upgrades.
Knowledge of Campus Solutions modules such as Admissions, Student Records, Financial Aid, and Campus Community is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with functional and technical teams.
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
